Around 5:20am Sunday, September 16th police and fellow first responders were dispatched to a report of an unresponsive man in the Controversy Lane, Pembroke area.

The man, said to be 61 years old and from Pembroke, was later pronounced dead at that location by an on call doctor.

Four Star Deliveryman Robbed by Two Men in Paget Friday Night

Around 10pm Friday, September 7th police officers responded to the reported robbery of a Four Star Pizza deliveryman in the Bostock Hill East, Paget area.

Apparently two male suspects – each brandishing a bladed article – approached the Four Star employee and demanded money when he stopped his motorcycle at the top of the hill.

Two Visitors Robbed by Two Men on a Motorcycle in Hamilton Parish

Around 3:25pm Sunday, August 26th police officers responded to a reported robbery on Harrington Sound Road in Hamilton parish, near the junction with Quarry Road.

Initial information suggests that two visitors riding a rental scooter along the eastbound lane of Harrington Sound Road were approached by two men on a motorcycle – with the second man (pillion passenger) attempting to remove a handbag from the scooter’s basket before brandishing a bladed article.

Reported Single Vehicle Car Crash on The Glebe Road

Around 2:50am Saturday, July 14th police officers were dispatched to a reported single vehicle car crash on The Glebe Road in Pembroke.

Details remain limited at this time but it appears that the car driver involved struck a wall in a residential area.

However, initial information suggests that no one was injured.

Inquiries Underway Regarding Maritime Incident Friday Night [Updated]

Police are currently conducting inquiries following a marine incident that occurred sometime between 9pm and 10pm Friday, July 6th in Hamilton Harbour.

First responders were dispatched to the scene Friday night after initial information indicated that a collision occurred between the sailing vessel ‘Spirit of Bermuda’ and a smaller boat in waters off Albouy’s Point.

Motorcyclist Hurt in Warwick Crash Sunday Afternoon

Around  5:34pm today (Sunday) police responded to a report of an incident in the area of Lindo’s in Warwick. It appears that the rider of a motorcycle rode down a flight of stairs adjacent to the building and lost control of the cycle which resulted in the male rider crashing his cycle.

The rider received head and neck injuries and was conveyed to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital for treatment. Inquiries into this incident are now underway.

Ambulance & Car Collide in the City of Hamilton [Updated]

Around 4:40pm today (June 3rd) police and fellow first responders were dispatched to a reported two vehicle collision at the junction of Front Street and Court Street in the City of Hamilton.

Initial information suggests that a car driven along Court Street and an ambulance driven along Front Street – which had its emergency lights on at the time – collided.

Motorcyclist Hurt in Reported Single Vehicle Sandys Parish Crash [Updated]

Around 9pm on Thursday, May 24th police, Bermuda Fire & Rescue Service as well as ambulance personnel were dispatched to a reported single vehicle motorcycle crash on Middle Road in Sandys parish near the junction with Wreck Road.

It appears that the rider, believed to be a 54 year old Warwick man, was hurt when he struck a wall in the vicinity of Somerset Bridge, while traveling along the westbound lane of Middle Road.

Two Men Arrested After Front Street Altercation Caught on Video

Around 8pm Thursday, May 17th police officers and fellow first responders attended a reported disturbance on Front Street in the City of Hamilton, near the junction with Burnaby Street.

It appears that two local men – believed to be 25 years old and 31 years old respectively – were involved in an altercation in the vicinity of No. 1 car park.
