The Juvenile & Domestic Crime Unit is currently investigating an incident that occurred around 3:45pm Tuesday, February 27, 2007 at a bus stop near the Southampton Glebe Primary School on Middle Road in Southampton, where an unknown man touched a 9 year old girl's leg as she waited for the bus. The suspect then fled the scene on foot. We are interested in speaking with a light skinned female believed to be in her late twenties or early thirties, who was out exercising in the area at the time.

Burglary

At 7:35pm on Friday, Police attended a reported burglary at a St. Anne’s Road, Southampton residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 7:50am and 6:30pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into her home while it was unoccupied. The culprit stole a black plasma TV. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

At 11:30 this morning, Police attended a reported burglary at a Paget guest property. On arrival officers spoke with the manager of the property who stated that sometime between 8am on Saturday and 9am on Sunday, an unknown culprit gained entry into a cottage on the premises which is currently unoccupied. The culprit stole a 32” Toshiba plasma TV. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
