Around 8:55am on Monday, Police attended a reported breaking and entering at Prospect Primary School in Devonshire. On arrival officers spoke with the deputy principal who stated that sometime between 3:30pm on Friday, July 1 and 7:45am on Monday, July 4, 2005 an unknown culprit gained entry into the school. The culprit stole a black Dell computer tower. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Update – Fight on M/V Bermudian

A 17 year old Smith’s parish girl and an 18 year old Pembroke woman are still in Police custody following the stabbing of a 20 year old Southampton woman onboard the M/V Bermudian on Friday night. Police are still following specific lines of inquiry as it relates to reports of firearms being brandished onboard the vessel.

Fight Onboard the Bermudian

Around 11:30pm on Friday, Police received several reports of fights onboard the M/V Bermudian. It appears that Bermynet was holding a cruise heading through the channel when Police received reports of individuals being stabbed onboard the vessel. Also, there were reports of weapons including firearms being brandished.

Missing Juvenile

Police are appealing for the public’s assistance in locating 10 year old Kelshawn Perinchief. He was reported missing at 5:30pm on Thursday, June 30, 2005. Perinchief was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans, and white or brown sneakers or boots at his Pembroke home earlier in the day.

Injury RTC

At 4:45 this morning, Police attended a reported serious single vehicle road traffic collision resulting in injury at the South Round-a-bout in Paget (junction of South Road and Trimingham Hill) involving a rental cycle. Details about the collision remain unclear; however the rider of the rental cycle, a 21 year old Canadian national, was rushed to KEMH via ambulance with head injuries.

At 5pm on Monday, Police attended a reported breaking and entering at a St. David’s Road, St. George’s residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 9am and 4:55pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into her home. The culprit stole a pair of diamond earrings. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
