Investigators continue to appeal for witnesses to a reported robbery of a motorcycle from a 33 year old female guest worker riding along South Road in Warwick near Astwood Park that occurred around 11:30am Wednesday, February 4th.
The three male suspects on two dark coloured motorcycles, one brandishing what appeared to be a firearm, were described as wearing dark coloured clothing and dark coloured helmets. The female guest worker was not injured during the incident.
Around 1pm on Wednesday, February 4th Roads Policing Unit officers were conducting traffic enforcement activity in the Middle Road, Overplus Lane Sandys parish area when it appears that a male motorcyclist committed a traffic offence and failed to stop for police, resulting in a pursuit.
At some point during the pursuit a collision occurred with the traffic offender and two police motorcyclists. He was later arrested.
Around 11:30am on Wednesday, February 4th police officers were dispatched to a reported robbery of a motorcycle.
It appears that the rider, believed to be a female guest worker in her 30s, was robbed of her motorcycle while riding in the South Road Warwick area near Astwood Park by three male suspects on two motorcycles.
One of the suspects apparently brandished what appeared to be a firearm during the incident.
Around 9:10pm on Tuesday, February 3rd first responders were dispatched to a reported burglary at a Middle Road, Southampton residence located off the Railway Trail in the Granaway Heights area.
It appears that an altercation took place outside the premises between an alleged male intruder and two male residents of the home, resulting in the suspect and one of the residents sustaining stab wounds.
Around 7:30pm Tuesday, February 3rd first responders were dispatched to a reported three vehicle road traffic collision that took place on North Shore Road in Hamilton Parish near Clearview Guest Apartments.
It appears that a car being driven along the said road collided with two other cars being driven in the opposite direction.
The Bermuda Police Service can now confirm the death of 59 year old Richard Perry of Paget and extends condolences to his family and friends.
Around 11:15pm on Saturday, January 31st first responders were dispatched to a reported fire at a Bostock Hill West, Paget residence.
Bermuda Fire & Rescue Service personnel gained entry into the lower apartment and extricated Mr. Perry, who was unresponsive.
