Around 10:25pm on Tuesday, Police attended a reported breaking and entering at a South Road, Warwick residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 8am and 8pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into her home. The culprit stole approximately $650 in cash. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Around 3:40pm on Tuesday, Police attended a reported breaking and entering at another South Road, Warwick residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 11:30am and 2pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into his home. The culprit stole $325 in cash and $25 worth of coins. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

The Bermuda Police Service would like to remind the public not to keep large amounts of money in their homes and to keep valuables secured out of sight. Also, residents should make sure that all doors and windows are locked before leaving the house unattended - even for a short period of time.
