Injury RTC

Around 2:50 this morning, Police attended a reported road traffic collision resulting in injury on Middle Road in Warwick near the junction with Keith Hall Road involving a car and a taxi. It appears that the car, a black Volkswagen Polo, was traveling east on Middle Road when the driver lost control, made contact with a silver taxi traveling in the opposite direction and collided with a wall. The driver of the car, a 20 year old St. George's man, was taken to KEMH for treatment after sustaining a broken right arm and facial abrasions. He was subsequently arrested on suspicion of impaired driving. The driver of the taxi, a 57 year old Hamilton parish man, was not injured. The car was extensively damaged while the taxi received rear end damage. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Breaking & Entering

At 11:10pm on Tuesday, Police attended a reported breaking and entering at a Windy Ridge Road, Warwick residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainants who stated that sometime between 6:30pm and 10:15pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into their home. The culprit stole a silver Panasonic 42" flat screen TV. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

At 9:15pm on Tuesday, Police attended a reported breaking and entering at a Keith Hall Road, Warwick residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainants who stated that sometime between 12 noon and 5pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into their home. The culprit stole U.S. $120 in cash, a gold chain with an antique coin pendant and a small blue utility knife. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

At 5:40pm on Tuesday, Police attended a reported breaking and entering at a Keith Hall Lane, Warwick residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 2pm and 4:30pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into her home. The culprit stole several items of jewelry. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Missing Juvenile - Found

The Bermuda Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance in locating 15 year old Troy Harris of Pembroke. He was found safe & sound and returned to Observatory Cottage around 6pm on Tuesday.
