Burglary

At 6:50pm on Monday, Police attended a reported burglary at a Hillview Road, Warwick residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 7am and 6pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into his home. The culprit stole $350 in cash. A 52 year old Warwick man was subsequently arrested in connection with this incident. Inquiries are underway.
At 9:20am on Monday, Police attended a reported burglary at a Pembroke guest property. On arrival officers spoke with the complainants, who are visitors to the island. They stated that sometime between 10pm on Sunday and 8am on Monday, an unknown culprit gained entry into their apartment. The culprit stole a wallet containing $40 in cash, a black knapsack containing $80 in cash, a black & silver Canon camera and a silver watch. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
