Sudden Death - Investigation Continues

The investigation continues into the death of 32 year old Marcus Gibbings who was found dead in an apartment on Derwent Lane in Devonshire on Thursday, October 26 under suspicious circumstances. Police are interested in speaking with anyone who may have seen the deceased on Wednesday, October 25 or Thursday, October 26. Burglary

At 10:20pm on Friday, Police attended a reported burglary at a Dunscombe Road, Warwick residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 8am and 9:30pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into the apartment while it was unoccupied. The culprit stole several items of gold jewelry. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

At 7:35pm on Friday, Police received a report of a burglary at a Glenwood Park Crescent, Warwick residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 7am and 7:30pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into her home while it was unoccupied. The culprit stole three items of jewelry. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Weekend Activity

Over the weekend there were 11 people arrested on suspicion of impaired driving and 5 reported burglaries (1 in St. George's, 2 in Warwick and 2 in Pembroke). There were also 23 reported damage only road traffic collisions and 9 reported road traffic collisions resulting in injury.
