Disturbance - Around 3:15pm on Tuesday, Police responded to a reported disturbance at Victoria Park in Pembroke. As a result, three young men were arrested in connection with the incident and subsequently released on Police bail. Inquiries into this matter are ongoing.

Damage Only RTC

At 1:45pm on Tuesday, Police responded to a reported damage only road traffic collision on Somerset Road in Sandys parish near the junction with Cambridge Road involving a van and a car. It appears that the van was traveling along Somerset Road when it collided with the parked car. The driver of the van was not injured and the car was apparently unoccupied at the time. The van received front end damage while the car received extensive rear end damage. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Injury RTC

Around 10:20am on Tuesday, Police and first responders attended a reported road traffic collision resulting in injury at the junction of North Shore Road and Workmen’s Lane in Hamilton parish involving a SUV and a motorcycle. It appears that both vehicles were traveling along North Shore Road when they collided at the junction. The rider of the motorcycle, a 52 year old Hamilton parish man, was injured. The driver of the SUV was not injured. Both vehicles received moderate damage. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Around 12 noon on Tuesday, Police and first responders attended a reported road traffic collision resulting in injury on Stowe Hill in Paget involving a van and a motorcycle. It appears that both vehicles were traveling along Stowe Hill when they collided. The rider of the motorcycle, a 19 year old Sandys parish woman, was injured and taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment. The driver of the van was not injured. The motorcycle received moderate front end damage while the van received relatively minor rear end damage.
