Injury RTC - Around 10:20am on Friday, Police and first responders attended a reported road traffic collision resulting in injury on Parsons Road in Pembroke. Details about the collision are unclear at this time; however a pedal cycle and a motorcycle were involved. The male pedal cyclist and the female motorcyclist were both injured and apparently taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment. The road was temporarily closed off while inquiries into the incident were being conducted but it has now been re-opened. A further update will be given when more information is available.

Burglary

At 8:55am on Wednesday, Police received a report of a burglary at a Longford Road, Warwick residence. It appears that sometime between 6pm and 10pm on Tuesday, an unknown culprit gained entry into the home. The culprit stole a handbag containing a cellular phone as well as a quantity of cash and personal items. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
