Confirmed Firearm Incident in Devonshire - Both the 16 year old Pembroke man and the 22 year old Pembroke man injured in the shooting around 10:50pm on Wednesday in the Friswells Road/Middle Terrace, Devonshire area remain in the King Edward VII Memorial Hospital recovering. They are both in stable condition on a general ward. Police are continuing to appeal for any witnesses or anyone with any information about this incident to contact the Serious Crime Unit on 299-8106 or the independent, confidential 24 hour Crime Stoppers Bermuda hotline on 800-8477.

Utility Pole Down

Around 12:18pm today, Police received a report of a utility pole down in the Court Street/Ewing Street, Pembroke area. Details about the incident are unclear at the moment; however traffic is being diverted away from the scene and motorists are advised to take alternate routes until further notice.
