Burglary

Around 6:30pm on Monday, Police attended a reported burglary at a Chaingate Hill, Devonshire residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 8:50am and 6pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into his apartment while it was unoccupied. The culprit stole two gold bracelets, a gold ring with a lion head on it, a silver bracelet, a bottle of 'Chivas Regal' Scotch whisky and $250 worth of coins. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Around 6:30pm on Monday, Police attended another reported burglary at a Chaingate Hill, Devonshire residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 8am and 6pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into his apartment while it was unoccupied. The culprit stole $630 in cash. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Theft

At 9:15am on Monday, Police attended a reported theft at a Church Street, Pembroke construction site. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between Sunday, December 17 and earlier on Monday, December 18, 2006 an unknown culprit gained entry into the site and stole an orange & black gasoline operated chop saw with a 14" blade. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
