Update – Shooting on St. Monica’s Road

Detective Chief Inspector Nicholas Pedro, Serious Crime Unit - The Bermuda Police Service is seeking the assistance of members of the public who may have information regarding the shooting of a 28 year old male from Pembroke parish around 6:45pm on Sunday 21st February, 2010. The shooting occurred on St. Monica’s Road at the junction with Government Gate.

Police believe the person responsible to have been in the company of another male on a motorcycle, wearing a helmet with a visor. Anyone who believes they may have seen a person or persons in the area at the time is urged to contact the Serious Crime Unit. Similarly, anyone that has pertinent information that may assist the enquiry team generally is also urged to contact the Police.

Any information provided will be treated in confidence.
