Fire

At 5:05am today, Police attended a reported fire at Whaler Inn on South Road in Southampton. The Bermuda Fire Service also attended the scene. It appears that three doors on the bottom level of the building were damaged by the blaze. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
Burglary
At 11:50am on Tuesday, Police attended a reported burglary at a Bluff Lane, Pembroke residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 4pm on Monday and 8am on Tuesday, an unknown culprit gained entry into a storeroom on the property. The culprit stole a green Myers water pump. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
