Following the recommendation of the Public Service Commission and the approval of His Excellency the Governor, Sir Richard Gozney KCMG, the Commissioner of Police is pleased to announce the following recent promotion of Sergeant John Clutterbuck to Inspector (Police Support Unit).

Inspector Clutterbuck joined the Bermuda Police Service in 1994 after serving for 7 years in the Metropolitan Police, London. He has served in Central Uniform Patrol, Parishes, Narcotics Department and was the Schools Officer for the Paget and Warwick group of schools. He was promoted to the rank of Sergeant in 2003 and posted to the Community Beat Office where he served for two years prior to being transferred to the Police Support Unit. He is currently the Inspector of the Police Support Unit.
