Marine Theft - Around 9pm on Wednesday, Police received a report of a marine theft. The complainant stated that his white 17 ft. Boston Whaler was removed from the Red Hole, Paget area. The vessel, registration #343, was last seen sometime between 9am and 8:30pm that day and is fitted with a 40 hp Yamaha outboard engine. Inquiries into this incident are underway. Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of this vessel is encouraged to contact the Marine Police Unit on 299-4585.

Burglary

Around 12:50pm on Wednesday, Police received a report of a burglary at a Mullet Bay Road, St. George’s residence. The complainant stated that he returned to his home around 12:30pm that day and discovered two unknown men inside the property. He confronted the intruders who fled on foot with the St. George’s resident pursuing them; however the offenders managed to make good their escape empty handed. One suspect is described as a brown skinned male, approximately 5’10” – 6’ tall wearing a long sleeved T-shirt, long blue jeans and sneakers; while the other suspect is described as a brown skinned male, approximately 5’6” – 5’9” tall of slim build wearing a long sleeved grey shirt, long blue jeans and is believed to be 18 – 20 years old. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
