Gunshots Reported in Warwick - Around 8:50pm on Tuesday, Police received a report of gunshots heard in the vicinity of Middle Road in Warwick, near the junction with Tamarind Vale. Police units attended the scene and searched the surrounding area; however nothing of note was found. Inquiries are ongoing.
Advisory – Hurricane Preparedness
The Bermuda Police Service would like to remind the public that hurricane preparedness information is available at www.gov.bm; however residents should also stay tuned to local radio stations and other local media for updates on Hurricane Bill. In addition, the community should be aware that the Emergency Broadcast Radio Station is 100.1 FM. The Emergency Measures Organization (EMO) will advise when 100.1 FM will become active.
