Around 1:40am Thursday June 25th, Police received a report of a loud noise heard at a residence on Bluebell Lane in Sandy’s parish. Uniform officers attended and confirmed that a gun shot was fired at a residence however no one was injured.

This matter is under active investigation and Police are appealing for any witnesses.  Persons who may have heard or seen any suspicious activity by pedestrians, motorists in cars or on bikes between 1:30am and 2:00am Thursday are asked to call the Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-623-8477 or the Serious Crime Unit at 299-4315 between 9am and 5pm.
