Robbery - At 6:45am on Tuesday, Police received a report of a robbery. The victim, a 30 year old Hamilton parish man, stated that earlier he was riding a motorcycle along Water Street in St. George’s when an unknown individual knocked him off the motorcycle. The offender then took the motorcycle the Hamilton parish man was riding, as well as his helmet, a quantity of cash and a red & black cellular phone before making good their escape. It is unclear if the victim was injured; however, he was apparently knocked unconscious during the incident. Police are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with any information to contact the St. George’s Criminal Investigation Unit on 293-2222.

Burglary

Around 8:55pm on Tuesday, Police received a report of a burglary at a Sunset Close, Pembroke residence. The complainants stated that sometime between 8:30am and 7pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into the home while it was unoccupied. It appears that the culprit did not take anything from the premises. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

At 10am on Tuesday, Police received a report of a burglary at a North Shore Road, Pembroke residence. The complainant stated that he confronted an unknown man in his home and chased the culprit from the premises. It appears that the offender made good his escape empty handed. The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 6’ tall with short hair wearing a grey T-shirt and blue jeans. Inquiries into this incident are underway. Police are appealing for any witnesses to this incident or anyone with any information to contact the Hamilton Criminal Investigation Unit on 295-0011.

In addition, three individuals were arrested for recent burglaries in the City Of Hamilton and court appearances are anticipated in the near future.

Missing Juvenile – Troylene Anderson

Around 9am Friday, June 12th there was a reported sighting of ‘missing juvenile’ 16 year old Troylene Anderson at the bus terminal in the City of Hamilton. She was described as wearing a dark coloured short sleeved top, black Capri pants and sunglasses with a short hairstyle. The teenager is known to frequent the Pembroke area and is light brown skinned, 5’5” tall, weighing around 186 pounds with black hair; she also has a muffler burn on her right leg above the ankle. Police are continuing to appeal for anyone with any information on the whereabouts of 16 year old Troylene Anderson to contact the Child Victims Unit on 295-0011.
