Injury RTC - At 6:20pm on Thursday, Police attended a reported road traffic collision resulting in injury on North Shore Road in Hamilton parish near the junction with Idlewood Drive involving a car and a motorcycle. It appears that the car was traveling east on North Shore Road and the motorcycle was exiting a nearby driveway when the vehicles collided. The rider of the motorcycle, a 50 year old Devonshire man, sustained a swollen left leg and complained of pain to his back. The driver of the car, a 50 year old Hamilton parish woman, was not injured. The motorcycle received extensive front end damage while the car received moderate front end damage. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Burglary

Around 1am on Thursday, Police received a report of a burglary at a My Lord’s Bay Lane, Hamilton parish residence. The complainant stated that sometime between 2pm on Wednesday and 12:45am on Thursday, an unknown culprit gained entry into the home while it was unoccupied. The culprit stole a quantity of cash. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
