Burglary

At 10:50pm on Sunday, Police attended a reported burglary at a Glebe Road, Pembroke residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainants who stated that they left the home at 1pm and returned later in the day to discover that an unknown culprit had gained entry. The culprit stole a quantity of cash and a pair of Nike sneakers. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
At 6:40am on Sunday, Police attended a reported burglary at a North Court Avenue, Pembroke residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that around 6:15am that day she awoke to find an unknown man in her room. The intruder picked up a beige purse containing a quantity of cash and personal items before making good his escape. The complainant was not injured. The suspect is described as approximately 5'10" tall of medium build, wearing dark clothing with a hooded top. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
Weekend Activity
Over the weekend there were 4 people arrested on suspicion of impaired driving and 8 reported burglaries (7 in Pembroke & 1 in Southampton). There were also 19 reported damage only road traffic collisions and 5 reported road traffic collisions resulting in injury.
