Recovered Jewelry

Tue, 2009-04-14

The Bermuda Police Service has recovered a quantity of jewelry following the execution of a search warrant. It is believed the jewelry may have been unlawfully obtained and if so, we would like to return the items to their rightful owner(s). Police are appealing for any members of the public who may have been the victim of a theft, burglary or robbery where jewelry was stolen to contact Inspector Robert Cardwell on 299-4466 if they can identify any of these items as theirs.

Also, we are asking for the assistance of local jewelers who may recognize their work with respect to the formation of the gold bars. And, a necklace and pendant that was amongst the jewelry recovered has the initials “KD” and date “25/10/98” on the pendant. Anyone with any information is encouraged to contact Inspector Cardwell on 299-4466.
