Burglary-At 4:15pm on Sunday, Police attended a reported burglary at a Tribe Road #1, Devonshire residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 7pm on Thursday and 4pm on Sunday, an unknown culprit gained entry into her home while she was overseas. The culprit stole a white gold chain. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Around 7:25am on Sunday, Police received a report of a burglary at the Boaz Island Shell Marine & Service Station in Sandy’s parish. The complainant stated that sometime between 7pm on Saturday and 7am on Sunday, an unknown culprit gained entry into the premises. The culprit stole a quantity of cash. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Weekend Activity

Over the weekend there were 4 people arrested on suspicion of impaired driving and 6 reported burglaries. There were also 8 reported damage only road traffic collisions, 4 reported road traffic collisions resulting in injury and 12 vehicles reported taken without their owners’ consent.
