Advisory

The Bermuda Police Service is continuing to receive reports of tools being stolen from various construction sites around the island. We are advising site managers to make note of the serial numbers of all their tools and to keep this information secured in a separate location from where the tools are stored. In the event the tools are stolen, such information is vital to assist Police in their recovery. All tools should also be placed into a locked container/storeroom at the end of the work day. Any suspicious individuals observed loitering around construction sites or homes under renovation should be reported to Police on 295-0011.
