The Bermuda Police Service can now confirm the death of 23 year old Kitina Simmons of Sandy's parish. Ms. Simmons succumbed to serious head injuries sustained in a single vehicle road traffic collision that occurred around 12:45am Thursday, April 10th on Middle Road in Warwick near the junction with Longford Road. She was pronounced dead around 2pm today at the Intensive Care Unit of KEMH. The Bermuda Police Service extends our sincere condolences to the family & friends of Ms. Simmons.

The death of Ms. Simmons marks the 7th road fatality of 2008.
