Sudden Death

The Bermuda Police Service can now confirm the death of 41 year old John DCosta, a Bangladeshi national. Mr. DCosta was found in a non-responsive state at Clear View Suites & Villas in Hamilton parish around 8:30am Friday. He was rushed to KEMH via ambulance but was pronounced dead at 8:55am Friday by an on call physician at KEMH. There does not appear to be any suspicious circumstances; however, an autopsy is anticipated. The Bermuda Police Service extends its sincere condolences to the family & friends of the deceased.
Burglary
At 12:55pm on Tuesday, Police attended a reported burglary at Sandys Secondary Middle School. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 9pm on Monday and 8:30am on Tuesday, an unknown culprit gained entry into a classroom on the premises. The culprit stole two Dell flat screen computer monitors. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
