Burglary

Around 9:15pm on Tuesday, Police received a report of a burglary at a Beach Road, Sandys parish residence. The complainant stated that sometime between 7:45am and 5:30pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into his home while it was unoccupied. The culprit stole a quantity of cash. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

At 2:10pm on Tuesday, Police attended a reported burglary at a Wilson Place, Sandys parish residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 8am and 1pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into his home while it was unoccupied. The culprit stole a quantity of jewelry. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

At 9:25am on Tuesday, Police received a report of a burglary from Cycle Care in Pembroke. The stores general manager stated that sometime between 5:45pm on Monday and 9:20am on Tuesday, an unknown culprit or culprits gained entry into three containers on the premises. The culprit(s) stole 6 Nolan helmets. Inquiries into this incident are underway. Police are appealing for anyone with any information about this incident to contact the Hamilton Criminal Investigation Unit on 295-0011. The Bermuda Police Service would like to remind the public that receiving stolen goods is an offence punishable under the law.
