Witness Appeal

The Bermuda Police Service is appealing for witnesses to a serious road traffic collision that occurred Sunday, April 13th around 10:35pm on South Road in Southampton near the junction with Horseshoe Road, involving a van and a motorcycle. As a result a 26 year old Paget man remains in the Intensive Care Unit of KEMH and is now in critical condition. The Paget man was on the motorcycle with a 33 year old Southampton man, who sustained non-life threatening injuries. The female driver of the van was not injured. Police are appealing for any witnesses to this incident or anyone with any information to contact PC Tiffany Caisey at the Somerset Police Station on 234-1010.
Weekend Activity
Over the weekend there were 4 people arrested on suspicion of impaired driving and 6 reported burglaries. There were also 6 reported damage only road traffic collisions, 5 reported road traffic collisions resulting in injury and 11 vehicles reported taken without their owners consent.
