Burglary

Around 1:20pm on Sunday, Police received a report of a burglary at a Harrington Sound Road, Smiths parish residence. The complainant stated that sometime between 11:30pm on Saturday, May 10 and 6:45am on Sunday, May 11 an unknown culprit gained entry into her home and removed two pairs of golf shoes and two golf bags. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
Around 12:40pm on Sunday, Police attended a reported burglary at Elliot Primary School in Devonshire. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime over the weekend an unknown culprit gained entry into an office on the premises. The culprit stole a desktop computer. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
Weekend Activity
Over the weekend there were 4 people arrested on suspicion of impaired driving and 15 reported burglaries. There were also 5 reported damage only road traffic collisions, 2 reported road traffic collisions resulting in injury and 5 vehicles reported taken without their owners consent.
