Disturbance

At 1:35pm on Tuesday, Police attended a reported disturbance on Point Pleasant Road in Pembroke. It appears that two men were involved in a physical altercation where the suspect, a 60 year old Hamilton parish man, brandished a bladed article. The victim, a 43 year old Pembroke man, sustained a wound to his forehead. The suspect was arrested and detained. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Witness Appeal

Police are appealing for witnesses to a disturbance that occurred at the St. David’s Cricket Club around 7pm Saturday. It appears that the victim, a 39 year old Smith’s parish man, was involved in a verbal dispute with another man who punched the Smith’s parish man in the face. The victim remains at KEMH receiving treatment for facial injuries and a broken jaw. Any witnesses to this incident or any with any information is encouraged to contact the St. George’s Criminal Investigation Unit on 293-2222.

Missing Juvenile

The Bermuda Police Service is continuing to ask for the public’s assistance in locating 15 year old Travis Lowe. The teenager was last seen in the Devonshire area on Tuesday, August 26. He is described as light skinned, 5’3” tall weighing approximately 110 lbs, with black hair and is known to frequent the Happy Valley, Pembroke area. Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of 15 year old Travis Lowe is encouraged to contact the Child Victims Unit on 295-0011.
