Injury RTC

At 9:55pm on Thursday, Police attended a reported road traffic collision resulting in injury at the junction of Middle Road and Ten Pin Crescent in Warwick, involving a truck and a motorcycle. It appears that the motorcycle was traveling west on Middle Road and the truck was traveling in the opposite direction when the driver, a 44 year old Warwick man, attempted to make a right turn on to Ten Pin Crescent and the vehicles collided. The rider of the cycle, a 35 year old Sandy’s parish man, sustained cuts & abrasions to his face and was taken to KEMH via ambulance for treatment. The driver of the truck was not injured. The cycle received extensive damage, while the truck received rear end damage.

Theft

At 2:45pm on Thursday, Police received a report of a theft from a Fairmont Drive, Southampton construction site. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 6pm on Wednesday and 7:15am on Thursday, an unknown culprit stole a concrete mixer from the site. The mixer has ‘Trinity Construction’ on the rear of it in green writing. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
