Around 9pm on Tuesday, Police received a report of a burglary at a Watch Hill Road, Smith’s parish residence. The complainants stated that sometime between 8am and 8pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into their home while it was unoccupied. The culprit stole a black 27” Toshiba flat screen TV, an Omega ‘Dive Master’ watch and a quantity of cash. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Around 4pm on Tuesday, Police received a report of a burglary at a Knapton Estates Road, Smith’s parish residence. The complainant stated that sometime between 5:30am and 8pm on Monday, an unknown culprit gained entry into his home while it was unoccupied. The culprit stole a grey Dell laptop computer, a gold men’s ring and a quantity of coins. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Injury RTC

Around 4:55pm on Monday, Police attended a reported road traffic collision resulting in injury on Middle Road in Smith’s parish near the junction with Clarendon Road involving two motorcycles. It appears that one motorcycle was traveling east on Middle Road and the other motorcycle was exiting a side road near Whitney Institute when the vehicles collided. The rider of the motorcycle traveling on Middle Road, a 28 year old Smith’s parish man, sustained injuries to his chin, left shoulder, left hip, left hand and upper body. The other motorcyclist, a 20 year old Smith’s parish man, sustained a fractured right leg. Both cycles were extensively damaged. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
