Burglary

Around 6:55pm on Tuesday, Police received a report of a burglary at an Irenees Lane, St. George’s residence. The complainants stated that sometime between 8am and 6:40pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into their home while it was unoccupied. The culprit stole a quantity of jewelry. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Around 5:45pm on Tuesday, Police attended a reported burglary at a Southdown Close, Southampton residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 7am and 5:15pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into her home while it was unoccupied. The culprit stole a 32” flat screen TV, a Sony DVD player and a quantity of jewelry. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Around 5pm on Tuesday, Police attended a reported burglary at a Stovell Bay Road, Pembroke residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 7:30am and 4pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into his home while it was unoccupied. The culprit stole a quantity of cash. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Around 1:10pm on Tuesday, Police received a report of a burglary at a warehouse on Freeport Drive in Sandy’s parish. The complainant stated that sometime between 6:30pm on Monday and 7:45am on Tuesday, an unknown culprit gained entry into the premises and stole 12 cases (72 bottles) of wine. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Missing Person – Found

The Bermuda Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance in locating 39 year old Marco Bowen of Southampton. Mr. Bowen has now made contact with Police and his family, confirming that he is safe and well.
