Burglary

Around 10:55pm on Sunday, Police attended a reported burglary at Paget Primary School. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime over the weekend an unknown culprit or culprits gained entry into an office on the premises. The culprit(s) stole a quantity of cash. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Around 3:45pm on Sunday, Police attended a reported burglary at a Joell’s Alley, Pembroke property. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 4:30pm on Thursday and 3:30pm on Sunday, an unknown culprit or culprits gained entry into the premises which is currently under renovation. The culprit(s) stole a quantity of electric tools, a portable CD player/radio, 8 CDs and a case of soda. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Weekend Activity

Over the weekend there were 2 people arrested on suspicion of impaired driving and 12 reported burglaries. There were also 8 reported damage only road traffic collisions, 6 reported road traffic collisions resulting in injury and 2 vehicles reported taken without their owners’ consent.

All incidents are under investigation.
