Breaking & Entering

At 11:50am on Tuesday, Police attended a reported breaking and entering at the Bermuda Amateur Swimming Association (BASA) pool at Saltus Grammar School on St. John's Road in Pembroke. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 8:30pm on Monday and 10:30am on Tuesday, an unknown culprit gained entry into the office on the premises.

Disturbance

Around 2:30am on Saturday, members of the Police Support Unit (PSU) attended a reported disturbance at the Ozone Nightclub on Front Street in the City of Hamilton. On arrival officers observed several individuals involved in a scuffle. As Police moved in to deal with the situation several members of the crowd attempted to intervene and were subsequently arrested.

Robbery

At 9:05am on Monday, Police attended a reported robbery at the junction of Cedar Avenue and Dundonald Street in Pembroke. The victim, a 17 year old Pembroke boy, stated that he was walking along Cedar Avenue when a man called out to him. He went over to the man, and the suspect snatched the Pembroke boy's gold chain.

Witness Appeal

Police are continuing to appeal for witnesses to a disturbance that took place around 5:30pm Saturday, October 15, 2005 on Court Street near the junction with Angle Street in Pembroke. The victim, a 33 year old Paget man, was attacked with a machete and sustained serious lacerations to his hands, forearms and head.

Attempted Robbery

At 9:05pm on Sunday, Police attended a reported attempted robbery on Fairyland Road in Pembroke. On arrival officers spoke with the victim, a 29 year old Pembroke woman, who stated that she was riding her motorcycle along Serpentine Road when she noticed someone on a motorcycle riding behind her.
