Breaking & Entering

At 9:15 this morning, Police attended a reported breaking and entering at a Warwick guest property. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant, who is a visitor to the island. He stated that sometime between 12:30am and 6:15am today, an unknown culprit gained entry into his room. The culprit stole $112 in cash. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Theft

Around 12 noon on Sunday, July 10, 2005, Police received a report of a theft at a Brown Estates Road, Hamilton parish property. The complainant stated that sometime between 6pm on Friday, July 8 and 10:20am on Sunday, July 10, 2005 an unknown culprit gained entry into a storage shed. The culprit stole three Shimano fishing rods and three Melton fishing reels. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Weekend Activity

Over the weekend, there were 4 people arrested for suspicion of impaired driving and 7 incidents of breaking and entering. There were also 18 damage only road traffic collisions and 12 road traffic collisions resulting in injury.
