Injury RTC - Around 7am on Sunday, Police attended a reported road traffic collision resulting in injury at the junction of North Shore Road and Hilltop Drive in Hamilton parish involving a car, a motorcycle and a pedal cycle. It appears that the car was traveling west on North Shore Road while the motorcycle and the pedal cycle were both traveling in the opposite direction when all three vehicles collided. As a result the rider of the motorcycle, a 40 year old Warwick man, sustained injuries to his back and legs. The rider of the pedal cycle, a 41 year old Sandys parish man, sustained injuries to his back and left elbow. The driver of the car, a 28 year old Devonshire woman, was not injured. The motorcyclist is currently in stable condition on a general ward at the hospital. The car received front end damage, the motorcycle was extensively damaged and the pedal cycle received damage to multiple areas. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Weekend Activity

Over the weekend there were 4 people arrested on suspicion of impaired driving and 3 reported burglaries. There were also 16 reported damage only road traffic collisions, 4 reported road traffic collisions resulting in injury and 4 vehicles reported taken without their owners’ consent.
