Traffic Offences

From 6pm on Wednesday, July 27 to 4am on Sunday, July 31, 2005 a total of 109 speeders were ticketed for speeds of 50km/h – 90km/h by the Traffic Enforcement Unit.

  • There were 33 speeders caught in the 50km/h range.
  • There were 47 speeders caught in the 60km/h range.
  • There were 24 speeders caught in the 70km/h range.
  • There was 1 speeder caught at 80km/h.
  • There were 2 speeders caught at 85km/h.
  • There was 1 speeder caught at 86km/h.
  • There was 1 speeder caught at 90km/h.
