Two Vehicle Collision in Paget

Around 5:40pm on Saturday, November 22nd first responders were dispatched to a reported two vehicle collision on South Road in Paget near the junction with Stowe Hill.

It appears that a car was being driven along South Road and an auxiliary cycle was being ridden along the same road when the vehicles collided.

The injured rider, a 16 year old Devonshire girl, was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment and later discharged. There were no other injuries reported. Two Vehicle Collision in Sandys Parish

Around 4:20pm on Friday, November 21st first responders were dispatched to a reported two vehicle collision at the junction of Somerset Road and School Lane in Sandys parish.

It appears that a car was being driven along Somerset Road and a motorcyclist was exiting School Lane when the collision occurred. The injured rider, a 56 year old Warwick man, was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment. At last check he was recovering in stable condition on a general ward. There were no other injuries reported.

Weekend Police Activity

Over the weekend police officers arrested 10 people for outstanding warrants and conducted liquor license checks at various liquor licensed premises throughout the island.
