Two Men Released on Police Bail as Car Crash Investigation Continues

Two 64 year old men arrested in connection with a single vehicle car crash that occurred around 7:45pm Saturday, January 19th on South Road in Paget near Coral Beach Club have since been released on police bail pending further inquiries.

The incident remains under active investigation and the appeal for witnesses continues.

62 Year Old Male Pedestrian Struck by Car Now Stable in ICU

At last check this morning (January 21st) the 62 year old Hamilton parish man seriously injured when a car struck him as he walked along North Shore Road in Hamilton parish near Trinity Church Road around 3pm Thursday, January 17th was listed in stable condition in the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit.

Reported Burglary at Whitney Institute Middle School

Inquiries are currently underway regarding a reported burglary at Whitney Institute Middle School that apparently took place over the weekend.

It appears that a quantity of electronic items including laptop computers were taken.
