Motorists are advised to avoid the Harbour Road, Stowe Hill Paget area until further notice as work is ongoing to clear trees and other debris from that location. It is recommended that traffic traveling into the City of Hamilton along Harbour Road divert on to Middle Road via Manse Road or Chapel Road, while traffic traveling out of the City of Hamilton should use Trimingham Road. An update will be provided as soon as normal traffic flow can resume in the Stowe Hill area. Update: Normal traffic flow has since resumed in the Harbour Road, Stowe Hill Paget area. The motoring public is thanked for their patience and cooperation during Wednesday afternoon’s traffic diversions.
