Suspected Impaired Driver: Car Collides With Wall in Devonshire

Around 6pm on Thursday, January 29th first responders were dispatched to a reported single vehicle collision at the junction of Middle Road and Christ Church Lane in Devonshire.
It appears that a car was being driven along Middle Road when it collided with a wall.
The driver, a 31 year old Devonshire man, was apparently treated at the scene by EMTs for minor injuries and subsequently arrested on suspicion of impaired driving.
Both the wall and vehicle involved were damaged.
Inquiries are ongoing and any witnesses that have not already come forward are encouraged to contact Constable Dionne Lansiquot at the Hamilton Police Station on telephone number 247-1704. A court appearance is anticipated in due course.
