Please note that in order to perform a police criminal record check and provide a police clearance certificate, a completed application form SF39 is required together with a fee of $100. For more information, please refer to the application form.
Please fill out the entire application form in full (answer all questions) as well as the 'Staff in Confidence' Form.
If you have resided overseas, a clearance certificate must be provided for each place you have resided.
The following documents should be enclosed:
Copy of Birth Certificate.
Three Passport Size Photos.
Copy of High School or College Certificate or GED.
Three Professional Character References.
Please note applicants should:
Be Bermudian;
Or the Spouse of a Bermudian;
Or Possess a letter from the Immigration Department stating they have permission to work in Bermuda without a work permit.
