Police and other first responders attended a report of a serious road traffic collision that took place on South Road in Paget, just 100 meters west of the South Roundabout at 3:55am Saturday morning.

Details are still unfolding but it appears that the male rider of a motorcycle was traveling on South Road in Paget when it appears that he lost control of his motorcycle and collided with a wall in the area of the Railway Trail.

As a result, he was taken to the hospital via ambulance where his condition is presently listed as serious.

The road  has been cordoned off whilst the seen is being processed by the relevant officers.

Update: A 20 year old male has died as a result of the collision that took place this morning.

No further information will be given until the next of kin has been notified.
