Reported Two Motorcycle Collision on South Road in Paget [Updated]

Around 6:50pm on Friday, November 25th police and first responders were dispatched to a reported two vehicle collision on South Road in Paget, near the junction with Honey Hill.

Details are limited at this time. However it appears that two motorcycles were involved, with both male riders being injured and taken to hospital via ambulance for treatment.

At this stage it is believed that one of the male riders may be more seriously injured.

Traffic is currently‎ being diverted at the junction of South Road and Southcote Road as well as South Road and Cobbs Hill until further notice.

An update on the injured riders will be given in due course.

Update: Normal traffic flow has since resumed along the section of South Road, Paget between Southcote Road and Cobbs Hill. At last check, the injuries to both male riders were not considered to be life threatening. Inquiries continue and witnesses should contact the main police telephone number 295-0011.
