Detectives are renewing the appeal for witnesses to an armed robbery that occurred around 4:20pm Thursday, February 7th at the Warwick Esso Tigermart.

During the incident two men wearing dark coloured clothing – one brandishing a knife and the other brandishing what appeared to be a firearm – entered the service station, removed a quantity of cash and made good their escape.

No one was injured and the scene has been processed by the relevant police personnel.

Witnesses or any members of the public with information regarding the perpetrators of this armed robbery are urged to contact Detective Sergeant Dean Martin at the Serious Crime Unit on 247-1739.
