His Excellency the Governor - The Bermuda Police Service is now accepting applications for the Deputy Commissioner of Police. Applicants must be serving members of the Bermuda Police Service, at the rank of Superintendent or higher. Alternatively, serving members of other police forces may apply if they are: (a) A Bermudian or spouse of a Bermudian with permission to work in Bermuda, and (b) Serving at the rank of Superintendent (or equivalent) or higher.
Applicants must have successfully completed a Strategic Command Course at the College of Policing in the UK, or an internationally recognised equivalent course. A minimum of four years’ experience performing at the senior command level is required. Education to a degree level, while not a formal requirement, is likely to offer the candidate a significant advantage. Please review the full job posting below for additional details.
