Injured Motorcyclist Treated & Discharged From Hospital [Updated]

The 33 year old St. George’s man injured when the motorcycle he was riding collided with the kerb along Crow Lane in Pembroke, near the junction with Corkscrew Hill around 2:30am Friday, November 20th was treated and later discharged from the hospital.

He was initially warded in the Intensive Care Unit.

Inquiries regarding this collision continue and any witnesses should contact the Hamilton Police Station on 247-1704.

Update: Monday, November 23rd - Injured Motorcyclist Remains in ICU in Stable Condition

The 33 year old St. George’s man injured when the motorcycle he was riding collided with the kerb along Crow Lane in Pembroke, near the junction with Corkscrew Hill around 2:30am Friday, November 20th remains in stable condition at the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit this morning.

A police statement released on Sunday, November 22nd stated that he had been discharged from the hospital. However, after further checks with the hospital earlier today, it was confirmed that was not the case.

We would like to apologise to the family and friends of the victim for any distress this inadvertent error may have caused.
