BPS Renews Appeal to Public Not to Share Videos of Flatts Murder Victim

The Bermuda Police Service is once again appealing to the public not to share videos that show Flatts murder victim 19-year-old Letrae Doeman at the scene shortly after the teen was shot multiple times.

Detectives continue to progress this murder investigation and appreciate all assistance received so far. At last check the four men arrested in connection with this fatal shooting, that also left a 20-year-old man injured, remained in police custody.

Members of the public with knowledge of the 19-year-old’s movements prior to his murder – from Thursday night, 30th June until around 1:10am Friday, 1st July 2022 – are urged to get in contact with the investigative team.

Witnesses or individuals with any information, no matter how insignificant it may seem, should call the Serious Crimes Unit on 295-0011, the independent and anonymous Crime Stoppers hotline on 800-8477, or speak with a police officer they know.
