17 Year Old Male Dies in Smith's Parish Collision

At approximately 10:52pm Saturday 21st May 2016, first responders attended a report of a serious road traffic collision located at the top of Collectors Hill, Smith's Parish involving three vehicles (2 motor bikes & 1 motor car).
As a result a 17 year old Sandys male who was riding an auxiliary cycle was taken to the hospital where he later was pronounced dead. No further information will be given until the next of kin has been notified.
A female rider of the other motorcycle was also taken to the hospital where she is being treated for an arm injury.
The area has been cordoned off and the relevant officers are processing the scene. Police are appealing for anyone who may have seen this collision to contact police on 295-0011.
